Inspired by the elegance of classical rug designs, Jennifer Manners launches the Heritage Collection. Combining traditional motifs from antique rugs with a contemporary twist of a sheared pile and heavily faded colours, the collection is inspired by some of England’s most iconic stately homes including Chatsworth, Petworth, Blenheim, Harewood and Longleat.
Jennifer worked closely with her team in India to develop a technique which gives a ‘gently worn’ look to the fibres without impacting on the strength. Hand-knotted from New Zealand Wool the collection of five rugs can also be woven using the brand’s award-winning /re/PURPOSE PERFORMANCE fibres.
