Lead times for bespoke orders are quoted upon confirmation of size and construction. We always quote on an individual basis at the time of placing an order and keep you updated on its progress throughout.
Worldwide shipping is available on all orders. Get in touch for more details. Our stock rugs and cushions are available for immediate dispatch. We will give you an estimate for shipping upon receipt of your order - or get in touch ahead of time with your address and we can give you shiping estimates.
Whether travelling near or far, your order will always be carefully packaged and delivered to you by our trusted courier partners.
Returns
Sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out - we get it. We are happy to accept returns of stock rugs and cushions purchased online within
7-days (returned at buyer’s expense), provided the item is in its orginal condition.
Please note: Returns are not possible on any bespoke items.
